An informed source, said Thursday that Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki talked by telephone with President Jalal Talabani by the crisis between Baghdad and Erbil.
The source said in an interview for "alsumaria news", "Al-Maliki call, evening, called President Jalal Talabani to discuss solutions to the crisis Baghdad and Erbil."
The source, who requested anonymity, said the contact was positive on easing the crisis ".
Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on Thursday (6 December 2012), on proposals to resolve the crisis between the Central Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, said that the first proposal is to develop a joint army and dominations two disputed regions, while the second proposal to make children of those areas are protected.
