Political source revealed senior diplomat, said U.S. officials have directed a stern warning to the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, on the back of his intervention and hard for his inauguration as President of the Republic of Iraq to succeed Talabani. The source indicated that "U.S. officials strongly support the party that adopts President Talabani arrange sweet and substitute a right of Talabani's party in accordance with agreements concluded between the two Kurdish parties."
