Maliki Biden: resolution of the American presence in the House of Representatives and the summit Saturday

Twilight / Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on Thursday, to extend the survival of American power after 2011 will be determined by whether or not the decision of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, likely out at the same time the leaders of political blocs, decision in this regard at a meeting next Saturday.

Iraq is gripped by the end of this year, running out of a Convention of the military with the United States of America, in light of differences in opinion between supporters and opponents of the extension, and the United States of America has shown its desire to keep some of its troops in Iraq to provide services to the Iraqi security forces in terms of technical and logistical.
According to the statement the Prime Minister said that "the House of Representatives is the one who ultimately determines whether the country needs U.S. forces to stay or not," likely at the same time the leaders of political blocs to take a decision on this matter at their next meeting.
This is due to hold the leaders of political blocs, their third meeting under the auspices of President Jalal Talabani on Saturday, to resolve disputes and outstanding issues, and implement the remaining provisions of the agreements of Arbil, in addition to the issue of the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq.
