{Baghdad: Euphrates news} returned the Foreign Relations Committee in the House of representatives internal problems faced by the country are disrupted output Iraq from Chapter VII.
Deputy member of the Committee said the names al-Musawi's {forat news} "deposition and exacerbating problems and loss of many factors which could push the political process forward reflected negatively on foreign relations and the disruption of pulling the country out of the seventh item that was supposed to remove from Iraq in January of this year."

Al-Moussawi confirmed that "there was disruption to several laws and political and security service which can be carried out by Iraqi citizens and the legislative and executive branches of both", indicating that "regional tensions in the region were not a cause of the country's problems but had to duplicate."
She noted that "some parties believe that the process of selecting the Prime Minister is right to fight for the Government since the first day of its composition, this is wrong because it is not reflected on the Prime Minister as its reflection on service delivery to citizens.
The Iraq since 1990 under Chapter VII of the UN Charter imposed after the Kuwait invasion deposed regime State in August of the same year, this item allows the use of force against Iraq as a threat to international security, as well as to freeze large amounts of stock in banks to pay compensation to those affected by the invasion.Ended 2
