Council of Ministers announced the decisions of the first special session of 2013

Date: February 3, 2013 meeting: First special session was held on the first special of the Council of Ministers in Baghdad this day Sunday, February 3, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and issued the following decisions: 1. Approve the following: · give urgent assistance of $ (2) million dinars for each family affected by the flooding of the Tigris villages static in the river basin and when determining the damage to property by the formation of a committee headed by the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and representatives from the Ministries of Agriculture and Water Resources The Construction and Housing, municipalities, trade and Displacement and Migration and the Governor of Saladin and the Red Crescent Society to take charge of the relevant ministries Emaar facilities affected by the institutions in the province with the Ministry of Finance to allocate the necessary funds in the above and invite the House to expedite the ratification of the draft federal budget law General for the year 2013 and the mandate of the Ministry of Water Resources to study possible solutions artistically and socially to ward off the risk of flooding for the inhabitants of the villages of the river basin in cooperation with the province of Salahuddin. · consider child Isra behind in favor of a martyr and compensate relatives fundamentalist according to the law. · guide book Acknowledgements to the commander and staff fourth division and to the commander of Task Force Command Army Aviation and police Salah religion and river police their heroic and Astpsahlhm role in saving the lives of citizens. 2. Approval of the disbursement of $ (1.5) billion dinars to secure shelter displaced people and buy pumps to affected areas because of recent rains, the amount allocated to the province of Baghdad. 3. Agree to cancel paragraph (21) of the recommendations of the committee formed to study the traffic jams and import controls of government vehicles and civilian objects under the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (467) for the year 2012 and the emphasis on the inclusion of vehicles the public and private sectors Baltrgin
