Bureau announced the implementation of constitutional article 140 Wasit Province, Tuesday, for the distribution of more than 1600 instrument bank between covered by article last year worth ten million dinars per check, as pointed to the completion of more than four thousand new transaction, and that the new transactions are subject to a vote of Parliament the budget year 2013.
