Ezzat,
Member of the parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee, Safia
Al-Suhail, an exit delay of Iraq from Chapter VII to the internal
disagreements led to a "weakening external session as active and
powerful State."
Al-Suhail said in a statement received by
Ambassador news on Monday, "the internal disputes have weakened our role
as active and powerful State, the absence of a unified vision for Iraq
on the ongoing shifts in regional ocean", noting that "in the interests
of Iraq as a sovereign State, linking its bilateral relations with any
country in the interests of security and economic Division, become the
basis for relations with States, and openness to all without exception
is required for our State."
Noting that "we believe that steps
out of Iraq from Chapter VII need to joint efforts between Iraq and
among his friends, whether the u.s. or the United Nations side, many
States which is supposed to be through mutual cooperation with Iraq and
signing bilateral agreements, help to get out of Chapter VII."
House
Member said "I think that the problems that we thought it a few out of
Chapter VII, is not in the same proportion that we we really believe –
even, and there are still many steps so we can go out and, most
importantly, to seek Iraq diplomat and at the State level and to work
for it and emphasizes the duty of States friendly to help him achieve
that."
Regarding Iraq's relations with the world, said a member

achieved many successes, for joint cooperation and bilateral relations,
diplomatic relations with many countries of the world, particularly the
US, Asian and European," adding that "what we need is focus more on
better relations with Arabic States, which I think also we went with
good steps, and most recently some steps on the broader relations with
Saudi Arabia."
"It is clear that this move ice thaw in relations,
so my expectations that there will be a label close to the Saudi
Ambassador in Iraq, not the resident Ambassador in Jordan, and will
strengthen cooperation in all fields."
Al-Suhail said that "the
flights to Saudi Arabia, has seen some of the things related only to the
Transport Ministry, and its conventions, but more than that, a broader
relationship and openness to facilitate relations through lines that
enable both parties to direct access to the two countries."
However,
with regard to relations with Kuwait that "the recent visit of Emir of
Kuwait, and also to resolve some problems through our ministries with
regard to residues of what we inherited from the previous regime towards
compensation has gotten a lot of them, not all," adding that "flights
between Iraq and Kuwait directly will open the way to facilitate mutual
cooperation in all fields, including economic, cultural, social and
humanitarian fields, in addition to that there is affinity relationships
and old relationships are supposed to strengthen them."
Either
Iraq's relations with regional countries, said Suhail "believe that Iraq
should have balanced relations and friendly ties based on the interest
and sovereignty of Iraq, and to be always open to good relations with
everyone what we see every day from some interventions that come with
statements from one side or the other, and more importantly to entrench
ourselves in Iraq, continue to adopt sound and balanced foreign policy
kept the interests of Iraq with all neighboring countries, and enhance
the quality of Arabic League level and at the level of the United
Nations, all States The world, in the sense that any interference from
any country with Iraq due to the lack of internal prevention our
inaccessibility of such interventions.
And Iraq since 1990 is
subject to Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations imposed
after Iraq's invasion of Kuwait ousted regime in August of the same
year, this item allows the use of force against Iraq as a threat to
