Abawi: there is an understanding with Kuwait on missing persons

Said Abbawi's PUKmedia, today Thursday, 7/3/2013: "On the subject of
file Special Humanitarian missing Kuwaitis there is an understanding
almost entirely about that, and ended Multi mandate of the Security
Council and the Special Coordinator on this file," noting that Iraq and
Kuwait, citing humanitarian issue to the level of bilateral relations as
a prelude to finally settled with the help of the United Nations.
Abbawi confirmed that it will determine the date of the meeting of the
Joint Committee between the two countries, after the advent of the
Kuwaiti Prime Minister, who will arrive in Baghdad soon, to discuss
bilateral relations and file land and sea borders and compensation, in
addition to the issue of missing persons.
Baghdad sees the next meeting of the Joint Committee who wish to
embrace the end of next April, the opportunity to resolve the
outstanding issues between the two countries, in preparation for the
withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII of the Charter of the United
Nations.
