Economic: linking Iraq with the railway with Europe Trade movement activates the

Baghdad (newsletter). Said economist Mohammed Ahmed Al-Hasani, the railway project linking Iraq to Europe would support the Iraqi economy and energizing of the commercial traffic between Iraq and Europe.
He said Al-Hassani (News Agency): the geographical location of Iraq featured linking Asia with Europe makes Iraq a corridor to cross European and Asian goods, provided that there are plans to use the site through railway and the establishment of d-quick ways to facilitate business transfers.
He added: the Department of transportation plan to extend the railway with Europe will boost the national economy in terms of economic ties with the developed countries, will stimulate the commercial traffic between Europe and Asia across Iraq, and get financial returns from transit and other operations.
The Ministry of transport has announced the completion of the final designs in cooperation with international companies for the railway line between Iraq and Europe through Syria and Turkey, but stressed that the implementation of this project without the approval of the Act will require infrastructure./finished/8 n. p.
