Parliament postpones session today to next Sunday for lack of quorum

BAGHDAD / With: parliamentary source revealed, Thursday, from the failures of the House of Representatives to hold its session today, and postponed to next Sunday for lack of quorum to convene.
The source said, "The Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided to postpone a hearing today to next Sunday for failure to attend Congress of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc, and the Sadrist movement, and not to enter the part of the deputies of the Iraqi List."
It is scheduled to convene the House of Representatives extraordinary session on Sunday, hosts members of the Electoral Commission to discuss the issue of delay in Nineveh and Anbar, as well as a session on Monday, hosts the commander in chief of the armed forces, Nouri al-Maliki to discuss security in the country. / E
