Morocco sign agreement to regulate the transport of goods by road

The Kingdom of Morocco today signed an agreement organizing the transport of goods by road between the Arab states and approved by the Economic and Social Council at its meeting Arab month of February 2012 and the Arab League Council at its meeting last September.
The agreement was signed by the Moroccan side Ambassador Mohamed Saad Alami, Morocco's permanent representative to the Arab League, and the League Commissioner minister Ehab Makram, director of the treaties and conventions.
He said Makram importance of this agreement, pointing out that it aims to promote the transfer of goods between the Arab countries and give more facilities to transport Aldaa land and the removal of restrictions and constraints of land transport on the roads between them, as well as the harmonization of rules governing the international transport of goods or in relation to the carrier's liability to them, and to maintain the the rights of the various parties and to ensure speed in resolving disputes.
