Saad: House reply Convention on the regulation of marine navigation at the port of Khawr Abd Allah not clear terms

{Baghdad:
Euphrates news} House Member, said Susan Saad, to the Convention on the
regulation of marine navigation at the port of Khawr Abdullah, between
Iraq and Kuwait, have been refunded and not read by Parliament, to the

The

Parliament gives legitimacy to Kuwait to intervene in the management of

"The resolution gives Kuwait an upper hand in the non-compliance by Iraq, it is obliged to implement it under Chapter VII."
Al-Saad
said that "Deputies called parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee,
not to weaken the Iraqi side and show how important this Convention come
to full members of the Council".
The Kuwaiti side began at the
port of Wilmington, situated on the Khawr Abd Allah channel, which
impede maritime traffic coming into Iraq, and had a stranglehold on the
port of Faw which started the Iraqi Government created by specialists.
