Baghdad (newsletter).Congress voted in its first legislative season, fourth of the 4th legislative year, headed by Parliament Speaker Osama Al-nujaifi and attendance of 192 deputies on Tuesday, finished the first reading of the draft law, decide to adjourn the meeting until next Thursday.
According to a statement by the Chamber of Deputies received (News Agency) a copy of it: at the start of the meeting was to vote on the third amendment Bill to the law of the Central Organization for standardization and quality control no. 54 of 1979 amending and from financial and legal committees of economy and investment.
The statement added: the Board ended after the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on economic and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of South Africa signed at Cape Town on 15/2/2012 and of the committees on foreign relations and the economy, investment and legal for the purpose of strengthening the relationship between the two countries on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, expand and deepen economic and technical cooperation between them.
And on another, following the Turkmen group in the House of representatives issued a statement which condemned the terrorist attacks against the Turkomans in the region, noting that the ward of attacks targeting the Turkmen presence in a genocide by all accounts noting the registration of a large number of cases targeting and killing Turkmen citizens and their property and places of worship.
The statement called on deputies to form a neutral Commission of lawmakers to investigate and expose the targeted Turkmens within two months and to expedite the enactment of the protection of the Turkmen and security balance in the grandparent, Kirkuk police regiments formed in defecting and Turkmen of Kirkuk as well as the involvement in the talks between the territorial Government and the Federal Government on the security situation and called for an expanded Security Conference to clarify the process of targeting the Turkomans, then the Board read surat al-fatiha tribute to the martyrs of Iraq and the martyrs of Turkmen in defecting.
As I read the Committee of martyrs and victims and political prisoners issued a statement condemning the aggressive targeting of the Turkmens, stating that efforts to protect them were inadequate and called for the formation of security forces component of Turkmenistan with the need for the Government to stop targeting the Turkmens and to compensate the families of the dead and treat the injured as well as the rebuilding of mosques and husseiniyas.
The statement said: the Board voted to approve the formation of an expanded parliamentary Committee comprising the defense and security committees and human rights, legal and go spend defecting to report on urgent steps to provide protection for the component.
President of the Council stressed the need to include investigative committee report full details on the status of the city and the security situation.
The statement said: the MPS after a statement denouncing Diyala to the maintenance of terrorist acts years ago led to the thousands of martyrs and wounded and destruction of infrastructure.
The statement said: the repetition of operations targeting innocent people in Diyala is unfortunate and unacceptable for the review procedures for compensation of victims of terrorist acts and the auspicious negatively or positively with salaries of the appointees and the formation of a parliamentary Committee to the affected areas in Diyala.

And in the interventions of the deputies pointed out MP Haider Mulla: need to review some of the security forces and their dealings with citizens.
Jumaili MP demanded the shutdown of Swat forces formed by exceptional circumstances during the US presence without a legal cover.
MP Hussein Al Mansouri said the need to cancel the SWAT forces continued their actions were unacceptable to many people.
In turn, Mahmoud Hassan said the absence of any entrenched before allowing the accountability of the accused of the offence before the courts.
Placeholder names al-Musawi indicated the importance of limiting the targeting of the late Mohammed Abbas as a criminal case, from political investment.
