3 draft laws guaranteeing freedom of access to information, demonstration and honored intellectuals

Wrote political editor for "WAM":
The spokesman of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc member of the Committee on Culture and Information Parliamentary Information "WAM" to complete three projects worked on Rules Committees of Culture and Information, legal Alaniapetan.
And dealing with the three draft laws submitted to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to include the agenda are:
1. A bill meant to guarantee freedom of access to information, according to Article 38 constitutional spoke in the three paragraphs about freedom of expression and opinion, and to demonstrate, but did not address to ensure freedom of access to information within the principles and values of a democratic state in transparency.
2. Draft law regulating the freedom to demonstrate and controls and the commitment of the State to protect the protesters, demonstrators commitment to the public interest and general lack of indecent assault, according to the operative part III of the constitutional article 38.
3. A bill to regulate the honor writers, artists and journalists, including that promotes creativity and deepen the values of constructive culture, and confirm the auspices of the state of creators and the rest of the intellectuals and media segments, taking care to condemn forms of mercenary promoted by the totalitarian regime.
