House of Representatives voted at the sixth meeting of the first legislative term for the fourth legislative year, which was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Osama Najafi, head of the House of Representatives and the presence of 247 deputies on Monday, 07/08/2013, the two bills and the allocation billion dinars to compensate the victims of the floods.

And completed the Council vote on the draft law on the sale and lease of state funds and submitted by the committees of financial, legal and Awqaf and Religious Affairs, Economy and Investment to secure keep up with the legal provisions governing the sale and lease state funds and public sector movable and immovable property of the variables of social and economic development that occurred after the entry into force of the Law of sale and lease state funds number (32 ) for the year 1986 and to address what set apart by the practical application of the provisions of this law aspects of the imbalances and deficiencies and shortcomings and organizing procedures sale and rent this money and accuracy in the drafting of its provisions and to reorganize the provisions relating to the sale of residential units to employees of state and retired them to ensure their rights and keeps them in addition to reducing the phenomenon of exploitation keep pace with rent shops belonging to the state each year and put controls and restrictions governing the lease to ensure the interests of the public treasury and tenants' rights and the balance between them.
This was followed by the Committee of Awqaf and Religious Affairs issued a statement congratulated the Iraqi people and the Muslim world and references to religion bones and clerics all on the occasion of holy month of Ramadan calling on all the people to unite and collaborate to counter extremism and violence and to show the true image of Islam, stressing the importance of not profess breakfast out of respect for the month of great.

The Council voted to allocate an additional billion dinars to compensate those affected by the floods in a number of provinces based on the recommendation of the parliamentary committee on this matter.
Presidency Commission decided to postpone the vote on the draft law of the Federal Court to another session.
Then decided to adjourn the meeting to next Tuesday 16/07/2013.
