{Baghdad: Euphrates News} Kurdish lawmaker confirmed the existence of convergence in the relationship between the central governments and the Kurdistan region in recent times, pointing to the possibility of starting to send delegations to negotiate at any time.
And said Rep. Mahma Khalil told the Euphrates {New} Monday that "the new situation and cooperation between the two governments is positive and, if necessary, the provincial government will send a delegation to negotiate the outstanding issues."
