Kurdish lawmaker: the crisis between Erbil and Baghdad rooted and not the result of the day

He said Mohammed, in a press statement, seen by the (news): The financial crisis between Erbil and Baghdad, came in effect of cutting the former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to share the Kurdistan region from the federal budget,
and try the region to improve the income conclusion of oil contracts with international companies and with the Turkish government.
He said that after the election of a new government recognizes Haider Abadi, head of the Council of Ministers, the governments in Baghdad and Erbil agreed on an approach New, but a legal context established his legal clauses are included in the general budget law.
He believes that the continuation of the crisis after the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil, due to lack of the region fulfill its obligations agreed technically ability, noting that the federal government began then apply the legal paragraphs region,
including the text of the agreement, that in the event does not have any party to the implementation of the oil obligations or financial, the counterparty will not commit.
He Kurdish lawmaker, that problems remain between the two sides amid mutual accusations of responsibility for the continuation of the problem, stressing the need for there to be a sincere intention on both sides to reach a mutually satisfactory solution.
