"
Hussein added that "the complex occupies an area of 67 acres and contains 405 apartments distributed among the 42 Building," adding that "the buildings constructed in a modern way and used building materials insulation to heat and cold."
Hussein pointed out that "the complex contains in addition to the housing units at an elementary school and two schools متوسطتين and wellness center and a popular market and a mosque accommodate 200 worshipers and a range of parks and squares in addition to the administration buildings and services."
