Education: a plan to build five thousand schools by paying on credit

The Ministry of Education has prepared a plan to build five thousand school through projects on credit payment.
The director of media ministry, Walid Hussein told all of Iraq [where] "The Ministry of Education has prepared a plan to build five thousand school projects through the payment on credit spread over the provinces of the country except the province of Kurdistan."
He added that "the ministry continues to eliminate the phenomenon of mud schools by continuing to plan in this regard."
Many of the schools in the provinces suffers from double shifts in addition to a number of provinces that are still scattered in the mud schools. End quote.
