The MP said the state law, Khalid al-Asadi's (twilight) that the coalition "does not mind the enactment of Council senior policy and formed according to the consensus," but he also said, "We will not accept any bill that includes constitutional violations, or gives the Council the powers beyond the powers of the constitutional institutions."
Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, may count in the earlier Council senior policy unconstitutional and can be dispensed with, adding that the National Alliance in general will not vote for him, while noting at the same time to adhere to the agreements between the political blocs, including those relating to the formation of the Council, but that the leaders of political blocs agreed according to a meeting sponsored by President Jalal Talabani to view the law to parliament for a vote.
The Asadi that "this is an advisory council to fully lead until the purpose for which was set up for it and achieve the desired, otherwise it will enter into a constitutional contradiction can not be with them to work properly."
Board and leaders of the Iraqi List to withdraw confidence from the government, and call early elections if a coalition of state law, tried to block ratification of the strategic policies of the Council by the Council of Representatives.
Noted that the National Council of the policies developed under the initiative of Arbil and entrusted his presidency to the leader of the Iraqi List, Iyad Allawi, but that did not come out of the political blocs organized by the bill as a result of lack of agreement on the mechanism of action, thus generating significant intersections between the Iraqi List and the rule of law.
He pointed out that al-Asadi "on the whole parliament to travel to put things in perspective constitutional and not to be drawn behind the wishes of the person or the like."
Referred to the work of the Supreme Council for the strategic policies of the Supreme supposed to be supportive of the government in drawing up the Iraq policy in the areas of high economic, security and political, social and foreign relations.
