MP ; State of Law Coalition will vote on the SCSP if its decisions are advisory.

Baghdad / NINA /-- MP for the State of Law Coalition Batool Mohammed, said :” the SLC would not vote at today's parliamentarian meeting on the Law dedicated to form the Supreme Council for Strategic Policies if its decisions are binding.
She said in a statement to NINA : "The SLC did not reject the law of the SCSP in full if its decisions are of advisory character or make recommendations for the three presidencies."
She added: "To give the Council full powers and an executive order is unconstitutional."
It’s noteworthy to mention in this context that political blocs agreed at a recent meeting at President Jalal Talabani residence on the formation of the SCSP .
It is scheduled that the parliament session of today will witnesses the first reading of the law on the formation of the SCSP and debated on .
