"Yawar," reveals 3 points "controversial" impede the agreement between the province and Baghdad

"
The parties, citing the statement, "the importance of joint action and to reach agreement on this matter, but I stayed until now three points have not been agreed upon, namely, (how to deploy these forces, and the location of the key leadership, and add spend Tuz for a map and plan joint action."
The statement continued, "In addition, the members of the Action Committee Joint Supreme KRG insisted on accelerating the implementation of a map of the joint work of forces in all regions of Kurdistan outside the administration of the territory in order to protect the lives and property of all citizens who live in these areas all the spectrum."
He added, "They also emphasized the need for continued meetings and abide by agreements and points particularly those related point solve all the problems with the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces and the problems of the officers and rank and Kurdish soldiers in the ranks of the Iraqi army and other security forces."
The statement said that "at the end of the meeting, pledged members (Action Committee joint higher) from the federal government that they will provide the content of the meeting and requests in general to high-level officials in the federal government and will be soon hold another meeting (of the Action Committee joint higher) to highlight all the answers an official letter and accurate for the purpose of reaching a final agreement on all subjects. "
The meeting in Baghdad was held in the headquarters of the ground forces of the Iraqi army, such as the Kurdistan Regional Government of each of the team Shirvan Abdulrahman Ali and the team Jabbar Yawar as such the federal government each of the first team corner Qanbar and Lt.
