Sudanese meeting Baroness Helena Kennedy

The Federal Human Rights Office confirmed today that the Government has a firm and explicit implementation of government capital.
The Ministry has denied, in a statement, Thursday 11/21/2013, the Federal Government's freeze on the death penalty for those found guilty of being a deterrent for criminals walarhayin who they deem lawful or permissible Iraqi blood every day without a human or moral deterrent.
The Ministry also suggested that "legal liability imposed on State institutions implement deterrent penalties against these criminals and not their compassion and that the views of the bodies and international NGOs bound for Iraq at present because of unstable security conditions that call for citizen security and integrity above all else."
In this regard, the human rights Minister Mohammed Sudani, confirmed during a meeting with a member of the British House of Lords Baroness Helena Kennedy, Federal Government's serious desire to suspend the death penalty, without popular pressure for retaliation by terrorists.
Noting that the Iraqi judiciary was keen to apply that penalty in accordance with legal safeguards and procedures, indicating that the Iraqi Penal law punishes 48 crime and punishment do not apply today in Iraq but against those convicted of terrorist crimes.
