Counting Rafidain Bloc MP Imad Youkhana, Monday, approving oil and gas law in the House of Representatives inactivated insufficient to end the differences between the governments in Baghdad and Erbil, in what was described Turkish mediation to resolve the sharing of oil resources between the two interference in Iraqi affairs.
Youkhana said in a press release received "time", a copy of it, that "Turkey's policy toward Iraq floundering, and that the timing of mediation is not very suitable, especially as it comes in the midst of the existing convergence between Baghdad and Ankara."
He explained that "the solution to the problem between Baghdad and Erbil can not only be done through the enactment of the oil and gas," noting that "Turkey is always looking for its own interests and do not care about the interests of others."
And included Turkish mediation announced by Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz confirm Ankara that all the oil or gas that passes through its territory is considered the property of the whole of Iraq, and suggested the development of oil revenues from Iraq's Kurdistan in the calculation of a bank belonging to the Turkish state, to decide Baghdad and Erbil is the sharing of these revenues.
