Deputy calls for dividing the optical budget service between provinces and ministries

BASRA / Aswat al-Iraq: MP called for the province of Basra, Susan Saad, Sunday, legislative and executive powers by dividing the budget service between provinces and ministries.
Said Saad, a member of the National Alliance for the parliamentary bloc of virtue in a press statement today, "The government and the House of Representatives before the real test is to grant local governments in all provinces as part of the budget set by the service needs of each province."
And urged that "the granting part of the budget for the current year of service to local governments instead of the ministries."
She added, "It is not feasible to allocate large sums of money to the ministries and service case from bad to worse," wondering b "When we spend billions and citizens live poor condition due to deterioration of services, security and infrastructure."
