Parliament imposes on the mobile phone companies to pay fines of three billion dollars

After the House voted to require mobile phone companies operating in Iraq to pay three billion dollars in one month the price for penalties and fines, reveal media and communications agency that the amount set by the parliament is exaggerated, asserting that the Parliament over the institutions, shall determine the fees for communications companies.
Members of the House of Representatives for their part, they reiterated that the amount fixed by the Council for the mobile phone companies that includes reimbursement of fees and fines imposed for late payment, demanding the government to the decision.
Regardless of whether the communications companies will adhere to the payment of all imposed by the Parliament of dues or in part, the decision at least force it to reduce Fares and 'function of a minute into the second from the atheist and the twentieth of August the current and informed its customers via text message.
