State of Law: Sharing a constitutional act of al-Maliki, while the budget for approval by Parliament

The MP for the coalition of state law Hana al-Tai "There is no constitutional objection that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki dispose of money, especially the employees' salaries and advances and other things necessary and important projects for when approving the budget.
She said al-Tai said in a statement that "the budget into law must be legislation by Parliament, but the commitments that the government should do the doors of exchange can not be delayed, requiring them having to measures of this type until the budget approval and ratification,"
She noted that the Parliament has no right to disrupt the work of the executive authority in meeting the requirements of the Iraqi people and providing services to them.
