Parliamentary Legal: 14/6 turn to a caretaker government

Parliamentary Legal Committee confirmed that the government will turn into a caretaker government after the ratification of the results of the upcoming parliamentary elections.
He said the Commission's decision Omar al-Jubouri's (Zora) yesterday that "after the ratification of the results of the upcoming parliamentary elections are the current government under the Constitution of the caretaker government only."He noted that "the current parliamentary session ends on 14/6 of the current year as it will dissolve the parliament and become the government formed by the caretaker government not only does not have the right to do appointments or holding international conventions or major projects."

He added that the current government will hand over its business to the new government to be formed by the next parliament by legal contexts defined by the Constitution.
As mentioned judicial expert Tariq Harb's (Zora) yesterday, "Parliament will receive a holiday mandatory under the Constitution, starting from 14/4 until 14/6 years old the last of the current parliament, but in the case of the extension of his work because of the draft budget, which remains stalled in parliament."
He pointed out that "the caretaker government ministries things are consistent through the distribution of salaries of staff and some things are just necessary."
He said the war was "for as long as there is no supervisory authority, represented by the current parliament, the legal status of the government to be a caretaker and not only have the right to make major decisions such as contract agreements or move military units or engage in wars."
He said the caretaker government for the exercise of their work until the formation of a new government chosen by the next parliament.
