Washington: do not support the province's export oil without the approval of the Federal Government

Makourk said in his tweet on the social networking site "Twitter" that "it is not permissible for the Kurds to sell oil without the approval of Baghdad," stressing that "the United States does not support the export of oil from any area in Iraq without the approval of the federal government of Iraq."
He added, "we were informed all parties that any work of this kind creates a lot of problems," he said, adding that "this does not mean that we interfere in the internal affairs of Iraq or support the party at the expense of another."
The Makourk "Baghdad told us that they have to pay monthly dues of the Kurdistan Region of the entire federal budget."
The Deputy Assistant Secretary of State said that "the United States had submitted to the Governments of the Kurdistan region and the federal proposal, requires that the region receives its share of Iraqi oil sales every month directly."

She Bsaki that Iraq is facing difficult circumstances and it is important for all parties to work to unite the country and avoid everything that would promote the band and exacerbate tensions.
