Arbil / NINA / President of the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Regional Parliament declared that Kurdistan Parliament intends to enact a law to distribute oil revenues to citizens .
He said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / today : "The Islamic Union bloc in parliament submitted a draft law to distribute oil revenues to citizens ," adding that "the law, which was read the first reading, includes opening a bank account for every citizen from birth deposited certain annual percentage of the oil revenues . "
He added that " this percentage will be simple, therefore it will not affect much on the revenue of the Ministry of natural resources and wealth , and the citizen could pull and make advantage when he becomes twenty years old ."
For her part, a member of the Committee on Energy, Rioas Fa'iq said :/ : "There are more than a project for the distribution of oil revenues to citizens ," pointing to "It's similar in terms of content but they differ in the mechanisms and methods of distribution of these revenues , and determine the beneficiaries of the law."
