The advisory board acknowledges the conditions of public sector reform

*****Baghdad Tariq Araji discussed the advisers in the Office of the Prime Minister***** with partners Iraq's international development priorities *****appropriate to the process of reform over the medium term and long term,***** and coordination with state institutions and departments not associated with the Ministry***** and the private sector and civil society on the requirements of reform and follow the progress of implementation***** of relevant projects implemented by the authorities international supervision. *****and the official spokesman for the Khalil Atwani in a statement singled out the "morning," said the advisers in the Office of the Prime Minister held a second meeting of the senior leadership to reform the public sector in the country to discuss the terms of reference for public sector reform and the formation and support units of administrative reform in the ministries concerned and the completion of the administrative aspects of the functions of the Committee of specialists in the Iraqi universities and experts from civil society organizations and the private sector in the presence of international partners from the United Nations and the U.S. Agency for International Development and the World Bank, and representatives of relevant ministries of the Committee along with a number of experts and consultants in the Commission and representatives of the European Union through the circuit television Amman. He Atwani that the chief adviser, head of the administrative reform engineer Thamer Ghadban said while chairing a meeting that Iraq initiated since 2003 in the process of political and economic transformation, which includes the change in the concepts of administrative, economic, developmental, and the required return in the formulation of the structure of the economy as the basis envisages the principles of open economy and Maitba from changes in the concepts of management. He Ghadhban to that of the functions of the Commission to formulate a vision and roadmap for the reform of the public sector in Iraq, with the development of appropriate priorities for the reform process and on the medium and long term, and coordination with state institutions and departments not associated with the Ministry and the private sector and civil society, on the requirements of reform and follow the progress of implementation of relevant projects implemented by international agencies and supervision, be the need to harmonize their activities with the Committee's work plan. ******After extensive discussion conferees agreed terms of reference, and the formation of task forces dealing with the functions of policy formulation and public financial management, and decentralization of public services.*****
