Adds $ 14 billion to the budget year 2015

Classes ended yesterday disagreement between the administrative and financial federal government in Baghdad, and the regional administration in Kurdistan, after it reached a formal agreement regarding the long-awaited oil exports, and the conversion of the federal budget payments to the provincial authorities. After days of in-depth discussions conducted by the provincial government delegation with officials in Baghdad, the parties reached a final agreement regarding the outstanding issues, in the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi and President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani, local and UN blessing. The agreement provided that "the Iraqi oil belongs to all Iraqis, that the Kurdistan region to hand over at least 250 000 barrels of oil per day to the federal government."
