Classes ended yesterday disagreement between the administrative and financial federal government in Baghdad, and the regional administration in Kurdistan, after it reached a formal agreement regarding the long-awaited oil exports, and the conversion of the federal budget payments to the provincial authorities. The agreement provided that "the Iraqi oil belongs to all Iraqis, that the Kurdistan region to hand over at least 250 000 barrels of oil per day to the federal government."
