"Warka" suggest the arrival of the budget bill to the House of Representatives in March of next year
Counting MP for democratic bloc Warka Joseph Saljoh, Sunday, that the delay in approving the federal budget for 2015 because of falling oil prices, 'laughed the beards of simple people', is probable that the 2015 budget law up to the House of Representatives in the next year.
Saljoh said, in a press statement that 'delayed adoption of the budget for 2015 for reasons related to a drop in world oil prices, is not convincing reasons', returned them 'laughed the beards of simple people'.
He Saljoh, told the Press that the extent of 'the federal budget for 2015 will reach in February or March of next year', wondering 'is not reasonable to fail and the Oil Ministry put a price on my guess of Iraqi oil'.
The head of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri announced (November 30, 2014), the first legislative term holiday will begin on Monday, for a period of one month, and in attributing the cause to 'Cabinet delayed sending financial budget law for 2015, stressed that the parliament will hold a session exceptional during the holiday if the arrival of the budget.
And the failure of the Iraqi Council of Ministers (November 29, 2014), to approve the financial budget law for 2015, due to lower oil prices, contrary to what was planned recognized in the budget.
The Parliamentary Finance Committee predicted in, (22 October 2014), to reduce the state budget by 59 trillion Iraqi dinars, and called on the government to austerity and reduce expenditures is necessary, while an economist suggested reducing the upper layers of the salaries of the state, and stimulate the private sector to be able to find opportunities new jobs to absorb the unemployed rather than the full dependence on the state in this area.
While economists are expected to reduce the number of grades, demanding the need to find an alternative to absorb the unemployed by providing new job opportunities through the private sector.
It is noteworthy that the Prime Minister, Haider al-Abadi, revealed in (the twentieth of October the past), during a press conference following a meeting with religious Shiite, Ali al-Sistani, in Najaf, to discuss the cabinet the issue of the budget three times, and that the Council will prepare a budget apply where military spending as a fait accompli, noting that the budget in 2015, will be based on the budget year 2014 the current, due to the presence of the same problems, of oil from Kirkuk and stopped completely, as well as lower world prices, and expectations of falling over, for this, the Council of Ministers decided to austerity.
