US House of Representatives vote on a bill that deals with the Peshmerga and the year "Kpldan"

Preparing the Foreign Affairs Committee in the House of Representatives, on Wednesday, to vote on the bill deals with the Peshmerga and the Sunnis in Iraq "Kpldan", in order to provide US aid directly to the parties.
The project, which provides the amount of $ 715 million to Iraqi forces in their fight against Daash, requires guarantees from the foreign and defense ministers of Americans that give the government in Baghdad minorities is Shiite role in the leadership of the country, and, if passed three months after the project passed, not Baghdad be able to provide some of the conditions, it will be freeze 75% of the aid to Baghdad, and sending more than 60% of them directly to the Kurds and Sunnis.
In addition, the project allocates $ 600 million to train the moderate Syrian opposition, and equip necessary to combat Daash, in addition to the $ 300 million to help Jordan in control of the borders with Iraq and Syria.
