Allawi: Justice and Accountability Act back to back, let us focus on the National Guard

Twilight News / criticized Vice President Iyad Allawi , the law of accountability and justice, and the prohibition of the Baath Party, as new, in what he called "going back", the House of Representatives called for legislation to speed up the National Guard Law.

Allawi said in a statement reported for "Twilight News", "The new accountability and justice law going back," adding that "the parliament to discuss the draft law of the National Guard in order not to worsen the situation."
He called for the need to reach a final compromise formula for the Law of the National Guard before being presented to Parliament.
Allawi reiterated his refusal to de-Baathification formula, saying it "is not limited to the year, and should not rush to put the bills because of the circumstances experienced by Iraq at the present time."
Under the terms of a paper demands made by a coalition of national forces to participate in the government of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi transfer functions of the accountability and justice to the courts within six months of signing the agreement.
The Iraqi Council of Representatives may order on Tuesday to discuss the draft law and referred it to the Legal Committee for consideration and access to the final version acceptable for a vote.
The government had approved last week, the National Guard and legal accountability and neutrophil and ban Baath Party draft and forwarded to Parliament for discussion and approval of them. And two under the terms of the political agreement which paved the way for the formation of the government.
But the laws are facing Aaradat from different political blocs, which could impede the Tmrerhma under the dome of the parliament.
