Jhangere: Sistani stressed the need to strengthen economic cooperation between Iraq and Iran

Iranian Vice President Isaac Jhangere said after his meeting with religious Repertory Supreme Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani in Najaf province said "the religious authority, stressed the need to strengthen economic cooperation between Iraq and Iran, especially with the drop in oil prices." The Iranian delegation arrived this morning to Najaf to meet with religious references at the end of the official visit to Iraq, which lasts three days. He Jhangere at a news conference following the meeting, attended by the correspondent agency all of Iraq [where] "heard from Sistani during the meeting, which lasted nearly an hour to a range of guidance value in the need to strengthen the economic, security and political relations between the two countries and the emphasis on the economic side, especially after falling oil prices and their effects on Iraq. " He noted, "We discussed with Sistani fatwa historical in the face of terrorism and its profound effect on saving Iraq and repel terrorism," pointing out that "The meeting also discussed issues related to the political, economic and security two countries." He Jhangere saying "We have a religious reference to a detailed explanation of a number of important agreements that have been concluded with the Iraqi side and that will make a quantum leap between the two countries in various fields," adding that "Sistani emphasized during the meeting on the need to preserve the unity of the Islamic world." He said the "visit to Iraq and his accompanying delegation were at the official invitation of the Iraqi prime minister Haider al-Abadi," describing "the visit especially a success and that the number of Mzkrtat understanding and agreements concluded between Iraq and Iran, as well as positive meetings with various commanders and Iraqi officials" .anthy 21
