The Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim Al-jubouri, military operations in the Salahuddin province is closer to Iran than to the United States, and warned that Iraq was heading towards partition if the State dominated by force of law on the issue of carrying weapons outside the framework, amid continued us-Iranian conflict intersection.
Al-jubouri's remarks came during a speech at the third annual Forum of Sulaymaniyah, stressing the need to codify arms outside the State.
The idea of carrying weapons outside the State has had its positives in the specific phase, warning that there is no guarantee that the parties that carry weapons use in the day outside the State.
And on the conditions in areas controlled by a "daash", noted al-Jabouri to more than 2 million "hostage" to be freed, daash said they most likely and languishing under the influence "daash".
And expressed concern that those under the influence of the thought of "daash", calling for the speedy rescue of civilians from children and not advocating "daash"
Al-jubouri called for launching a comprehensive peace involving all parties and institutions, even religious.
