House Speaker meets with France's ambassador to Iraq

BAGHDAD / NINA / House Speaker, Osama al-Najafi discussed, in his office today, with France's ambassador to Iraq, Denis Gauer, the elections file in Iraq and the relations between the two countries and ways of strengthening them to ensure the interests of the two friendly peoples .
A statement by the Information Office of the President of the House of Representatives " cited that the two sides stressed, during the meeting, the need for the operational phases of the elections in its constitutional framework with a commitment in its time for the completion of the process of counting in right way and show the final results.
They also discussed according to the statement, " the security situation and the events of the cities of Ramadi and Fallujah, and the issue of flooding. /
