Babylon / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - The member of the House of Representatives of the National Alliance honest we hinted, to reconsider the transfer of powers to local governments and to subject it to review the law. He said we hinted's (IMN) that "local governments can not succeed in carrying the powers 8 Ministries at once, because of the ongoing rivalry between the political blocs within the government what it unable to exchange financial budgets or work its mandate. Chaired by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, earlier, a meeting of the amendment governorates not organized province Law No. 21 of 2008 amended, was discussed during the meeting the transfer of powers to the provinces and ways to make the transition from centralized to decentralized.
