Adviser to the speaker of parliament: the sovereignty of the Iraqi state is at stake

Considered advisor parliament speaker unit Jumaili, Sunday, that the sovereignty of the Iraqi state is at stake if it can not protect the people, noting that the government may not hide behind national sovereignty.
Jumaili said in a statement received for News Agency (et) a copy of the "sovereignty of the Iraqi state is at stake is not able to protect its people," noting that "the state can not protect its own people is not a sovereign state."
She Jumaili that "the government may not hide behind national sovereignty and that you through the concept of sovereignty of violating human rights and fundamental freedoms of its people," adding that "sovereignty is not absolute unless the State to fulfill its obligations contained live in dignity and to provide safe havens for their populations displaced with the right of return to their areas of origin and return their acquired rights of civil rights approved by the law and the Constitution
