Khandan - The official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic Khaled Huani, President of the Republic Fuad Masum approval today to the Labour Code, as pointed out that the new law includes all the principles endorsed by the Constitution on ensuring a decent life for workers and regulate the rights and duties of workers, as well as the organization of the legal relationship between the worker and the employer. He Huani in a statement, that the new law gives a broader social guarantees operating under economic and legal foundations endorsed by the Constitution, and adopt the law and international standards to ensure workers' rights and the protection of the right to organize and to eliminate all kinds of forced labor, child labor, equal pay and determine the limit the minimum age for employment. The law also guarantees the principles of the organization of work of women and juveniles, foreigners and limits on working hours. The official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic that the law will also address the problems arising from the laws and previous resolutions, pointing out that the law will become effective after 90 days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
