Presidency of the Republic to ratify the labor law

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} ratified the presidency, on Monday, to the Labour Code.
The official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic Khaled Huani, in a statement received by the agency {Euphrates News} that "the President of the Republic Fuad Masum, honest today on labor law, pointing out that the new law includes all the principles endorsed by the Constitution on ensuring a decent life for workers and regulate the rights and duties of workers , as well as the organization of the legal relationship between the worker and the employer.
He Huani "The new law gives a broader social guarantees operating under economic and legal foundations endorsed by the Constitution, and adopt the law and international standards to ensure workers' rights and the protection of the right to organize and to eliminate all kinds of forced labor, child labor, equal pay and determine the minimum age for employment."
"The law also includes the principles of the organization of the work of women and juveniles, foreigners and limits on working hours."
The official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic stressed that the law will also address the problems arising from the laws and previous resolutions, pointing out that the law will become effective after {90} days from the date of publication in the Gazette Alsmh.anthy
