Presidency of the Republic to ratify the Law of the Ministry of Commerce for 2011
BAGHDAD / Baghdadiya News / .. ratified the presidency, on Wednesday, the Ministry of Commerce and Law No. 37 for 2011, which consists of three chapters.
The Information Office of the Ministry of Commerce said in a statement received / Baghdadiya News / copy it, that "the law of the ministry which was ratified by the Presidency consists of three chapters is the first establishment and objectives and consists of three articles."
The statement added that "the second chapter consists of one article related to the minister and its associated agents and advisers, with respect to the third chapter the organizational structure of the Ministry and consists of six articles related to the ministry and its formations and its affiliates."
A statement by the Ministry of Commerce that "the enactment of this Act was to find a trade policy and economic fit with a shift towards a policy of market economy to promote and activate and support the private sector in economic activities of the country," pointing to "the law is designed to support and develop foreign economic relations and to provide stockpiling strategic which would ensure the possibility of responding to crises and disasters and to review the organizational structure of the formations of the administrative and coordinating the relationship with public companies related to the Ministry of Commerce, "/ End / 21.
