He added that "the agricultural domestic product has the ability to compete with imported products attributing the cause to be a lack of production," stressing that "the law of customs tariff is not implemented and the reasons for this realistic prevent the development of the agricultural sector and make it a shareholder in the general budget."
He noted that "the Ministry of Agriculture alone is able to develop the agricultural sector sector because it needs the support of the community and the ministries of other organizations such as the Ministry of Industry and Electricity," noting that "there is jointly responsible with the Ministry of Water Resources, considering that without the water can not be the agricultural sector development."
He said that "There is no vision for the integrated development of the sector and the government lacking a particular strategy," adding that "there is no also a vision of this agricultural materials that require the intervention of the industrial sector to manufacturing."
"If there were not the vision of the role of integrated both joints of the role will not develop the agricultural sector," adding that "the state provides funds for agricultural initiative and lending 2 trillion but these do not use the money they need and means such as the protection of the local product and do not use modern technologies in agriculture and this is part of borne by the Ministry of Agriculture.
