Said the Basra Governorate Council member Hussam Al Mansouri, Wednesday, the seriousness of the Council to export oil for the benefit of Basra away from the Baghdad government, as what has been neglecting the demands of the province by the central government, as warned of popular reactions "large" be taken by the people of the province.
