This phenomenon, which has increased significantly in the country, prompted the launch of the United Nations Development Program to investigate financial crimes, in coordination with the Iraqi government, in terms of developing the capabilities of judges and facilitating the procedures for obtaining evidence proving the involvement of those who commit these crimes that confuse the economic situation in the country.
