And imposes a financial budget to Iraqi ministries and government bodies to provide financial Khovatha in the first quarter of next year following the budget year.
According to the Iraqi Council of Representatives, it had not seen the final accounts since 2005 until now, and blames the government for not submitting the final accounts prior to the unstable conditions experienced by the country.
And carried the Ministry of Finance earlier in the ministries and government bodies responsible for failure to submit financial statements to the budgets of the years 2008, 2009 and 2010 because of the neglect is justified in the provision of final accounts for the financial expenses.
A member of the Committee Secretary Hadi, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn), "The Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi told the Committee that his department has completed the final accounts of the budgets but lacks the simple parts is incomplete until now."
Hadi said that "some of the paragraphs in the final accounts relating to non-compliance or non-payment of contractors, some of the people who Astlfoa money from the state has not completed and that these paragraphs were retained intact means no match in the final accounts."
