Hindawi pointed that "housing prices have seen stable through last November, compared to the previous month, while recorded an increase rate of 11 , 4% compared to the price of November of last year 2010, due to rising rents the houses at 10.4%, as well as because of the high wages of electricity by 100% due to the application of new rates. "
Hindawi stressed that "education prices rose in November of $ 0, 3% from the previous month, due to rise in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, a rate of 0.6% in the middle rate of 0.5%, while settled in the south, as the prices of this section rose by 8.1% compared to what it was in November of last year 2010. "
Hindawi continued that "the prices of transport recorded a drop of 0.7% last month compared to the previous month, due to decline in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, a rate of 0.5% in each of the regions of central and southern Iraq at a rate 0.3%, While the prices of this section decline by 3.9% than it was in November of last year 2010. "
