BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: More than 500 persons demonstrated today in Tahreer Square , mid of Baghdad , calling to hand over vice-president Tariq al-Hashimi to justice.

Hashimi was charged with terrorist crimes, who is currently present in Kurdistan .

The demonstrators told Aswat al-Iraq that they wanted his associates to be sent to justice for their crimes, as well as demanding the arrest of the yesterday's explosions culprits.

The rejected any external or internal intervention in Hashimi's case.

Baghdad witnessed a number of continued explosions that led to 70 killings and 180 wounded, mostly of the civilians, at a time the country is having a political crisis following the criminal charges against vice-president Tariq al-Hashimi, and withdrawing confidence from deputy premier Saleh al-Mutlaq of the Iraqiya bloc.
