Iran, Iraq Ink MoU on Cooperation in Administration Fields
TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian and Iraqi officials on Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in expansion of administration management and staff system.
The MoU was signed by Iraqi Minister of Planning Ali al-Shukri and Iranian Vice-President for Management and Human Resources Development Lotfollah Forouzandeh.
Addressing the ceremony, the Iranian official expressed Iran's preparedness to further bilateral ties with Iraq, and stated Iran is ready to implement the agreement.
He added that the agreement will deepen the bilateral ties between the two Muslim states.
Iran has emerged as Iraq's most friendly state in the aftermath of the 2003-US invasions.
Iran is today Iraq's top trade partner with the value of their bilateral trade ties expected to hit $10 billion this year.
